He is also an artist and has been in over 100 exhibitions throughout the country and abroad.
In a recent email, Rivera shared the following: “Having worked with your organization many years ago when Jack Sewell was my contact person, my memories are extremely positive. I've rarely found in my career a group like yours where the level of volunteerism, support, coordination, process and overall hospitality have been matched. Yours is a first rate Association! My time spent with the Redwood Art Association was extremely enjoyable. My wife (Kristin) and I are looking forward to this opportunity to have a little get-a-way for ourselves. Going to the Morris Graves Museum will be a treat.”
Much more information about Rivera’s extensive career can be found at the Pacific Art League website, under Education/Instructors.
